Anoop Pandey promoted to Resident Manager at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi
The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi has appointed Anoop Pandey as Resident Manager. In his new role, he is responsible for developing business plans and implementing new ideas in order to improve guest satisfaction and profitability. He will oversee the daily rooms operations encompassing F&B, front office, housekeeping and spa business.
With an experience of more than 11 years in hospitality, Pandey started his career with The Leela Kempinski Hotels India in August 2006 as a management trainee and later became the assistant manager â€“ front office at The Leela Palace Kempinski, Bangalore. He moved to The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace as duty manager in 2009.
Pandey had also been a part of the pre-opening phase at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi in 2010 and worked there for four years as front office manager. In 2014, he joined The St. Regis Mumbai as the director of rooms. He was recognised with the â€˜Front Office Manager of the Yearâ€™ award by Hotelier India in 2012 and â€˜Rooms Leader of the Yearâ€™ by Starwood Regional Vice President (RVP) Award in 2013.
