Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces was awarded the distinction of being the ‘Best Employers 2009’ in a countrywide survey conducted by HR consultancy Hewitt Associates.
With 13,500 happy employees spread over 107 different units across the country, the group has been ranked 3rd in a list that has 25 companies.
The study was conducted with a total of 230 organisations from IT, banking, F&B, financial services and retail sectors, and 46,000 people representing 8 lakh workers.
The methodology consisted of an employee opinion survey, people practices inventory, and a CEO questionnaire.
Being awarded the Best Employers 2009, stands testament to the sense of belonging that employees have within them and that is reflected in the warm service on every property of the Taj Hotels Resorts and Palaces.
