hw to handle a situation?wen there is no alternative for anything?i m working with newly opened hotel..where things are still not set up?handling situation in newly opened hotel is really a big deal...especially working in nite shft such proprty is really a big risk where guest are ready to suck ur blood if do not repay his money back..maintainence problem in rooms are regular in managementis taking resevations without rectifying the rooms problem...we front office poor guys are always in danger...so any solution to this problem how to handle such problem wen management do not look at the problem hw to solve the problem without making the probleman issue.....
