A native of Burgundy, France, Karim Hassene began his culinary journey at the Hotel Management School, Gambetta, Paris. He honed his skills under the tutelage of the famous chef Gerard Vié at the “Les Trois Marches”, Versailles, France, and later at “The Fairmont Hotel” in Bermuda. He looks forward to the challenge of defining the culinary experiences at Udaipur.

Dilip Madhok’s responsibilities include assisting the rooms division and food and beverage departments, while above all ensuring a smooth functioning of the entire hotel operations. He began his career with a three-star property in Pune, and moved on to The Oberoi Hotel, Mumbai.
He then migrated to Australia and became a part of Starwood Hotel & Resorts, and worked with properties such as Sheraton Tower Southgate, Melbourne, and The Westin, Guangzhou. He has over 14 years of experience in the hotel industry.

Subhash Sinha will be responsible for high standards of cooking, presentation, hygiene, and supervision of the overall operations of the MoMo Cafe. He has been a member of the pre-opening team of three restaurants in the Hyatt, as well as Marriott, groups.
He started his career in 1997 at The Park Hotel. He is a graduate from the Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition (Kolkata).

Subhomoy De has been appointed the general manager for the soon-to-be-launched Royal Sarovar Premiere in Siliguri, and will be responsible for day-to-day operations.
A hotel management diploma holder from IHM - Kolkata, he brings with him over two decades of professional experience in the hospitality sector. He started his career with The Kenilworth, Kolkata and thereafter moved to The Park, Kolkata.

VNischint Pathania will be heading Sarovar’s soon-to-be-launched Ole Sereni hotel in Nairobi. He will be responsible for the pre-opening and launch procedures of the hotel, and managing the daily operations.
He has been associated with the hospitality industry for the last 16 years, and has considerable international experience. His last assignment was with Taj Krishna, Hyderabad as executive assistant manager, food and beverage.
Nischint has also worked as director of operations at the Hartford Marriott Farmington, USA, and as director, food and beverage, at Crowne Plaza Hotel, Hartford, USA.

Colonel Rajesh Tiwary’s previous assignment was with the Hyatt Regency, Delhi, as head of safety and security. In his new role he will be handling administrative and security policies of the hotel.
He has served the Indian Army for 22 years, and has been closely associated with the Ministry of Defence, and Central and State Police organisations. With an MBA from the Management Development Institute, his core competencies are in HR, Training & Development, Administration, and Security.
