For a cash consideration of Rs5.65 crore DMC International has announced that the management of the Company has decided, subject to compliance of necessary statutory formality to take over Trump & Gates.
Trump & Gates is a Delhi based 10 year old, ISO 9001-2008 Certified Test Preparatory Institute providing specialized training for various entrance and main examinations such as Actuarial Science, GATE, IES, PSU, MBA (CAT for IIMs), GRE, GMAT, IELTS, TOEFL etc.
The company made this announcement during the trading hours October 5, 2009.
