Maidoindia-IHM Mumbai to present Japanese festival

Maidoindia and the IHMCTAN Mumbai will hold a Japanese food festival from November 19-22 at the college.

Maido is a Mumbai firm which promotes Japanese products and events.

The students will conceptualise and execute the event including the preparation and service of the meal.

Maidoindia will be flying down chef Cradle Saito, an internationally renowned Japanese chef from Japan. He will to hold classes at the college on the preparation of the cuisine. Chef Saito is one of the most multi-talented consultant chefs currently operating on a number of interesting international assignments from his base in Funabashi, Japan. He cultivated his culinary skills together with his legendary mixology skills in the trendiest modern Japanese restaurants and bars in both sides of the Atlantic.

Authentic ingredients, selected by Chef Saito, are being brought in from Japan by maidoindia.
