Meridien Mumbai chef awarded for butter sculpture

Le Royal Meridien Mumbai's sous chef Nandan More has won the Kitchen Artist of the Year Award at the recently held Chef’s Awards 2009 by the PHD Chamber, ICF and IFCA at WMI Gurgaon and Delhi.

Chef Nandan More was selected amongst over 250 chefs who participated at the finals. He won the award for his Dragon butter sculpture. Chef Nandan has also won awards earlier for his butter sculptures.
