Gourmet
The gourmet cutlery range presents an unexpected interpretation of design and function to open up a whole new dimension in cutlery. Designer Katja Bremkamp used her skills as a goldsmith to create this stunning design which transfers the hands’ sense of touch to the cutlery as a direct substitute for the hands. The range can be used both as hors d’oeuvres and dessert items.
The fork has only one prong and is also its counter-piece. The monoblock pusher, which assumes the function of the knife, used in every situation where a classical knife is not required.
