Advani Hotels sells 50.99% subsidiary stake to DCL

Advani Hotels & Resorts (India) today said that its board has approved the sale of its 50.997% stake in its subsidiary viz, Advani Pleasure Cruise Company (APCCPL) to Delta Corp (DCL) on the terms & conditions agreed to in the share purchase agreement.

Advani Hotels & Resorts' principal activity is to operate hotel and resort. It provides all the space one needs for relaxation, romance, self-discovery, escape, excitement, rejuvenation, solitude, or sheer thrill.

Shares of the company declined Rs0.9, or 1.6%, to settle at Rs55.35. The total volume of shares traded was 1,932 at the BSE (Tuesday).
