Kangan is unique as it is Starwood's first Indian-themed F&B brand across its entire portfolio. Though Kangan is exclusive to Starwood's Westin hotels and for now, only at all Westins in India, Starwood will take the concept anywhere in the world with strong Indian F&B demand.

In an exclusive first look inside the brand, chef de cuisine Ankur Chakraborty takes around the Kangan at Westin Garden City Mumbai explaining their treatment of the North West Frontier cuisine set in a distinctly 'non-Indian' contemporary interior.
