Sinha has close to nine years of experience in the hospitality industry, and has worked with prestigious hospitality brands in India. His association with the hotel industry began with the Oberoi chain of hotels.

After graduating from the Institute of Hotel Management in 2001, Sandeep joined the Oberoi group and enrolled for their management programme, Oberoi College of Learning and Development. Sinha has also worked with the Taj Bengal.
