Edleson will steer the Alila brand into new destinations and strong institutional foundations, by drawing on over 35 years of experience in finance, real estate development, and the leisure industry in Southeast Asia.

A graduate of Stanford University and formerly a vice president of Citibank, he was a partner in a corporate financial advisory firm for ten years before focusing his attention on the hotel and leisure sectors.

Edleson has been associated with a number of successful brands in the leisure industry.
