Sumit Kumar is Park Hyatt Goa's new F&B director

Kumar has been transferred from the Grand Hyatt Muscat and will look after the smooth functioning of seven F&B outlets, which includes five restaurants and two bars.

A graduate from the Srinivas College of Hotel Management, Mangalore, he started his career as a F&B assistant with the Trident, Jaipur. He then went on work for other five-star properties such as Amarvilas and the JW Marriott. He has been working with Hyatt for the last six years.

Prior to joining the Hyatt, Kumar was working at The Chedi, Muscat, as assistant restaurant manager and a member of the pre-opening team.
