‘Hotelier India Awards’ is organised by ITP Publishing as publishers of the Hotelier India magazine (hereinafter referred to as ‘Organisers’) and is open for all readers of the Hotelier India magazine for participation working for hotels in India.
The Organisers reserves the right to change/modify terms and conditions and/or criteria of the event, at any time at their own discretion and without any prior notice and without assigning any reason. The decision of the jury will be final for the awards.
The choice of questions and specification of the event shall be at the sole discretion of the Organiser.
The decision of the Organisers in connection with the event will be final and binding and non-contestable.
The Organisers shall not entertain any questions, correspondence and enquiries on the manner of conduct of the event from any party whatsoever.
The participants acknowledge that he/she will not hold the Organiser and/or any of its affiliates or agencies engaged by them with regard to this event liable for any loss or opportunity, monetary loss due to their participation, etc.
The Organisers are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the terms and conditions contained herein. All information provided in the event is provided "As is" without warranty of any kind. The Organiser makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied and statutory warranties of any kind to the voter or third party including, without limitation, warranties as to accuracy, timeliness, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for any particular purpose.
In case of any dispute or difference in respect of this event, the decision of the Organisers shall be final and binding on all concerned.
These terms and conditions shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and in case of any dispute or other matter arising in reference to jury decision shall be referred to a sole arbitrator appointed by the Organisers and shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, amended from time to time. The venue for arbitration shall be Mumbai, in English language. All the costs, charges and expenses in connection to the arbitration shall be solely borne by the voter(s) who has raised the dispute.
The event shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws in India. All matters with respect to the event are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Mumbai only.
The Organisers are not responsible for any mental/physical harassment or disorder faced by a participant/reading/logging on to the website or by any content uploaded on the website.
Participation in the awards to any prize from the Organisers.
The Organisers is in no manner responsible and/or shall not be held liable in any manner whatsoever, for any injury, death, mental trauma or physical harm caused to any participants in any manner whatsoever or for any reason whatsoever arising from any issues relating to the voting.
Participation of the awards process shall be construed as his/her agreement and consent to any decision(s) made by the Organisers in connection to the awards, participant(s) agrees to abide by all the decision(s) made by the Organisers. All the decision shall be final and binding upon him/her.
Organisers will not be liable for any loss of earnings, employment or otherwise caused to the participants in any respect.
The Organiser is empowered to take a decision on any case not covered by the present terms and conditions.
