Irfan Ahmed is Patisserie Chef at The Den Bengaluru
The Den Bengaluru has appointed Chef Irfan Ahmed as its pastry chef. After completing his culinary studies from the University of Agricultural Science from Hebbal, he has over 12 years of experience in the hospitality industry. He began his career with The Oberoi Bengaluru and later moved to Ista Hotels Bengaluru followed by the Vivanta Taj Fort Aguada, Vivanta by Taj Village Goa, and was a part of the pre-opening team at Taj Bengaluru. He was also part of other brands like The Movenpick Hotel and Spa Bangalore and Ritz Carlton.
