Thomas Cook enters into deal with Delhi Airport
Thomas Cook (India) has launched nine foreign exchange and travel counters in the newly opened Terminal 3 at the New Delhi International Airport.
The one stop shop counters by Thomas Cook will not only offer foreign exchange services to the passengers but also services such as insurance, air & rail tickets, domestic and international travel packages, hotel bookings etc.
Thomas Cook has designed these world class counters on International lines present in other major international airports such as Heathrow and Manchester. Entire staff at T3 has been especially trained on service quality considering the passengers profile that the terminal would see.
There are five counters in the departure level including one in International SHA.
In Arrivals section there are four counters, two are located inside the customs area, directly opposite to baggage belts which are bound to catch passengers’ attention using those belts. Other two counters are located in arrival lounge (outside the customs area).
Mr. Madhavan Menon, Managing Director, Thomas Cook (India) said, “This is a step in the direction to get closer to our travel audience and to take our bouquet of services to the customers. This is the first time we have had such an agreement with any airport where we can provide travel services and foreign exchange out of the same counter."
