In his new role, chef Debajyoti Pal Roy will support the executive chef by overseeing the overall operations of the kitchens, trainings and guest experiences. Passionate about exploring different cuisines, Roy possesses thorough understanding and knowledge of European cuisine, regional Indian cuisine however specializes in Italian and Middle Eastern cuisine. He brings with him a remarkable experience of over a decade and possesses a remarkable experience in food & beverage operations, client servicing and team management.

Most recently, chef Roy was part of Grand Hyatt Goa where he was overseeing the culinary operations of seven restaurants. He has also worked with some of India’s most recognisable brands like The Taj Group of hotels, Hilton Bengaluru Embassy Golf Link and internationally with The Westin Dhaka, Bangladesh.
