Chef Apoorv Bhatt has been appointed as the Director of our Culinary Operations at Vividus Hotel– Race Course Road, Bangalore. He is a dynamic professional with rich and varied experience of 20 years in the hospitality industry working with both national and international chains like, Hilton Worldwide, Taj Group of Hotels and other world class Boutique Hotels.
Chef Apoorv will be responsible for curating and presenting innovative dishes with a distinctive twists and handling operations of the culinary team at the Vividus Hotel, offering exquisite and modern gastronomy to the guests.
