Prior to joining Hyatt Regency Delhi, he served as General Manager at various hotels in South America and Europe. His hospitality journey, spanning 30 years, began with a background in human resources, which honed his ability to create strong human connections. He later transitioned into food and beverage, his true passion, where he developed a keen understanding of exceptional service and guest satisfaction.
