Alok Ojha has been appointed the new Front Office Manager for ITC WelcomHotel Ahmedabad. For over 10 years, Alok has been actively involved in guest relations and front-office operations at different properties across India.
Alok’s experience of working in different Indian markets, such as Udaipur and Kerala, has helped him understand guest expectations and the hospitality landscape in India. The diversity in his experience will add value to his role at ITC WelcomHotel Ahmedabad, situated at the heart of the business district of the value-driven market of Ahmedabad.
Prior to joining the ITC Hotels Group, Alok was the Guest Relations Manager at the Holiday Inn Bengaluru Racecourse and IHG Kolkata. His career in the hospitality sector began with roles such as Duty Manager at Radisson Blu, Ludhiana, and Senior Duty Manager at Holiday Inn Kolkata Airport.
Alok joined ITC WelcomHotel after his stint at ITC Fortune Park Panchwati in Kolkata, where he served as the Front Office Manager. He implemented hotel policies, handled revenue forecasts and occupancy, monitored VIP guests, and ensured guest satisfaction at all levels.

With a diploma in hospitality and travel management from the Finn Institute in Kolkata, Alok’s passion for working in the hospitality sector is complemented by his personal interests, which include painting and travelling.
