ITC Hotels promoted Keenan McKenzie to the role of Cluster General Manager in Ahmedabad for two key properties of ITC Hotels. He will continue to oversee the entire operations at ITC Narmada, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Ahmedabad, and will also be steering the growth of WelcomHotel by ITC in Ahmedabad.

Keenan’s career spanning two decades began in 2000 as a management trainee at the ITC Hotel Management Institute (formerly known as the Welcome Group Management Institute). Keenan, who graduated with a degree in tourism studies from IGNOU, began his professional career in 2004 at ITC Kakatiya in Hyderabad. His career path includes noteworthy stints at Welcome Hotel Grand Bay in Visakhapatnam, ITC Rajputana in Jaipur, ITC Sonar in Kolkata, and ITC Maratha in Mumbai.
Throughout his career, Keenan has demonstrated exceptional leadership and operational excellence across ITC’s luxury hotel brands. His strategic vision and dedication have consistently driven revenue growth and enhanced guest experiences, notably during his tenure as Hotel Manager at ITC Maratha.
