Nitin Tanwar takes on new role as Director of Rooms at Grand Hyatt Gurugram

Nitin Tanwar has been appointed as the new Director of Rooms at the Grand Hyatt Gurgugram. Over his 17 years in the hospitality industry, Nitin has transcended from Executive Housekeeper to Director of Rooms, exemplifying his exceptional leadership and strategic planning skills.

In his role as Director of Rooms at Grand Hyatt Gurugram, Nitin will be responsible for the overall functioning of the rooms division and will spearhead various functions like front office, housekeeping, reservations, and guest service. He will pioneer efforts to uphold the hotel’s commitment to quality and service excellence.

He began his career in the hospitality industry with brands like Trident and The Leela, where he demonstrated skill in managing room segments and operational functions to optimise guest satisfaction and build enduring client relationships.

Tanwar’s appointment takes effect immediately, and he is well-prepared to steer the hotel’s significant departments by ensuring they align with the Grand Hyatt Gurugram’s focus on guest satisfaction, guest experience, pet-friendly features, and room quality.
