The hotel teams are constantly keeping up with the ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols
As a mark of respect, love and solidarity towards the people working round the clock in the tough times of COVID-19, Hilton Garden Inn, Gurgaon, Baani Square lighted up the hotel facade in the shape of a heart.
“The health and wellbeing of our guests, team members and all who visit the hotel is our highest priority” says Jai Chugh, GM, Hilton Garden Inn, Gurgaon Baani Square. “We are actively monitoring novel coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the World Health Organization, Government, Public Health authorities and will continue to respond based on their best advice,” he adds.
Given the situation, the hotel teams are constantly keeping up with the ongoing briefings and enhanced operating protocols. Besides, in order to maintain the hygiene levels in the hotel, the frequency of cleaning in public areas (including lobbies, elevators, door handles, public bathrooms, etc.) have been increased.
Apart from precautionary, the hotel is also ensuring and educating each of its guest to stay safe and in isolation as much as possible. Stating further Chugh added that, “in this disquieting time, COVID-19 is clearly impacting our personal and professional lives. It is challenging operating under the current restrictions; however, I am confident we will get through this, together.”
