Manjul Myne joins Andaz Delhi as the new pastry chef
With over 11 years of distinguished experience in the culinary space, chef Myne will be responsible for the pastry section of the kitchen across all three f&b venues and event spaces. He started his career with The Oberoi Hotels and Resorts in the year 2007 as a kitchen associate. In his previous role as pastry chef at JW Marriott Chandigarh, Manjul was responsible of the bakery, confectionary and pastry section along with overlooking the main kitchen operations, as the second in command to the executive chef. He was responsible for seven food & beverage outlets at the hotel.
Apart from this, he has also worked with hotels like The Oberoi Rajvilas and The Oberoi Vanyavilas. In his current role, chef Myne is looking forward to taking the very popular pastry offering at Andaz Delhi to a whole new dimension.
