Epicurean Hospitality launches Mutton Curry Butter Chicken (MC BC) for its patrons.

After a successful debut in Gurgaon, the brand brings it’s aromatic flavors across Noida.

Mutton Curry, Butter Chicken has now reach Noida. The brand which began as an ode to the layered and earthen flavors of delicious mutton curry and butter chicken, staple favorites, this new entrant into the food scene has been created by people with years of experience in the industry.

Dipesh Dutt, Rajat Dogra and Chef Vikram Ganpule came together in 2021, to explore a common love for food. They realized that the market had a dearth of flavorful, authentic, and staple meat and chicken curries. This leads to the birth of Mutton Curry, Butter Chicken, or its acronym, MCBC. An honest attempt to bring together authentic Indian flavours, a speciality of Chef Vikram Ganpule whose forte has been Indian cuisine.

The menu itself is simple yet sublime. Choose from a patiala shahi gosht, a delectable mutton curry infused with aromatic khari baoli spices, saffron. There is also the punjabi, mutton curry, a homestyle curry of mutton simmered with natural yoghurt and potatoes. Or the consumers can try their quintessential butter chicken. One can also opt for murg makhanwala khurchan, a stir fried shredded chicken tikka, layered with spices in a makhana gravy. There is also a selection of dals, and paneer lababdar for vegetarians. Customers can also choose from simple rice dishes like mutton keema chawal, murg makhanwala rice and wraps like rogani mutton kee kathi, chicken and paneer rolls, as well a selection of breads.

The guests can also opt for murg makhanwala khurchan, a stir fried shredded chicken tikka, layered with spices in a makhana gravy.

Mutton curry, butter chicken is currently available across Noida, Gurgaon and Dwarka with a South Delhi outlet to open soon. Having run trials in Gurgaon for 3 months, Dipesh Dutt and Chef Vikram Ganpule along with Epicurean Hospitality as their food partner are launching Mutton Curry Butter Chicken across Delhi-NCR to make it a recognizable brand.
