Emiliano Di Stefano is Italian Chef de Cuisine at The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi
The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi, has appointed Chef Emiliano Di Stefano as the Italian Chef de Cuisine at Prego, its Italian restaurant. Over the past 13 years, Chef Stefano has mastered the art of Italian cooking at places like The Venice Hotel in China, The Intercontinental Hotel in Muscat and The Hotel Executive in Italy. He worked as a pastry chef at ‘Ghigo’, a 200 year old Patisserie in Italy’s Torino and was also the sous chef at The Atlantic Hotel in Italy, working under renowned Italian Chef, Antonietti.
Chef Stefano first became a part of the Westin group in the year 2013 as the Italian Chef de Cuisine at Prego. After two very successful years, he moved on to take a similar role at the Raffles Hotel Sanya, Hainan at the Sapori restaurant. He rejoins The Westin Gurgaon, New Delhi and is all ready to take over the master kitchen. His newly launched menu features a variety of signature dishes that are crafted to perfection and strike a flawless balance of authenticity packed with wholesome fresh flavors. Some of his signature dishes from his new menu include Fuccacio Ranagnola, hand crafted Tagliolini, Carre di agnello and Millefogli.
