Winning the Hotelier India Award brings all my efforts and persistence into the limelight. Given its value, it will now become the face of my achievements, and will be a catalyst in my career graph’s upward growth.

The key factor behind my win is teamwork! We have worked as one cohesive unit and through all odds to ensure my hotel wins. Personally, it has been a win of my patience and the persistence with which I approach work.

My mentors Faiz and Sushma have influenced me with their leadership styles. The learning has all been about patience and far-sightedness.

My outlook towards my work veers towards inclusiveness and involvement!

My winning mantra is ‘Never take your eyes off the goal. It is not over until it is over!’

I see myself as a multi-property general manager in the next five years. This stems from the fact that I aspire to be seen as an expert for the entire hospitality sector.

Taking one step at a time helps me achieve more as it offers a microscopic view of things that are working for me and things that need improvement.

Hospitality, as I see it, is an industry to watch-out for! The industry itself is going through phenomenal positive changes. On the personal front, right from worklife balance to career growth, everything seems to be going the right way.
