The privilege of being honoured with the Hotelier India award at the most awaited hospitality event in India is a double distinction in itself. Considering the fame it commands, a plethora of possibilities and opportunities have opened up.
I firmly believe that dedication, determination, focused hard work and most importantly, the working culture at MAYFAIR is what helped me win this recognition. These factors have always helped me attain perfection in my work and I dedicate the award to the work culture and ethos of our group.
At MAYFAIR, every individual is empowered at his/her level to take decisions concerning their sphere of activity. It helps us to deliver our best while allowing everyone enough avenues for professional growth.
