The Hotelier India Award is a prestigious award for the hos¬pitality industry in India. I am humbled and ecstatic to be nominated and won among all my talented counterparts.
Initiatives such as ‘Sailing through Services’, ‘Encouraging Excellence’ and “FOM- Leading from the Lobby’ have helped me achieve the goals .
My greatest inspiration has been Anuraag Bhatnagar, General Manager, The St. Regis Mumbai. My ex-bosses Sachin Mylavara¬pu and Sunil Kumar have helped me build seamless processes in the department. My current boss Lynn Murray has helped me feel empowered to run the operation and has given me an opportunity to learn and enhance my skills.
Front Office Managers can be very creative. They are instrumental in helping to create a lot of WOW fac¬tors for guests.
I aspire to be an effective and compassionate leader of a reputed hotel, managing the entire operations and yet leading a team with compassion and vision.
