Winning the Oscar of the hospitality industry is a remarkable achievement. This award will definitely take my career graph to another level. It’s the biggest motivation for me ever since I started my career.
Everything is team oriented. The key contributors to my success are my team members and my hotel, The Oberoi Group and its values, and above all, our guests for whom we create memorable experiences every time and ensure that they leave us not as a guests but as ambassadors.
Late Rai Bahadur Mohan Singh Oberoi is my inspiration. Ever since I have become a hotelier, I have been working with The Oberoi Group. I follow his vision to build a phenomenal hospitality brand.
My winning mantra is to impart excellent training to our teams and create unforgettable experiences for our guests.
I aspire to see myself as a general manager, preferably in The Oberoi Group itself.
Deliver my best with great aptitude and attitude, and keep learning something new every day are my mantras. And become a successful hotelier and maybe a jury of these prestigious awards one day!
