Winning the 2019 Oscars of the hospitality industry has been an honour, given the tough and transparent review by the jury members. This will have a lasting impression on my career graph, and allow me invaluable interactions with the industry.

I follow what my heart tells me to do. I do not believe in taking shortcuts while doing things the right way. It’s a long journey through several highs and lows; but as an HR professional, I try to make a difference to the lives of others.

The road ahead is exciting in terms of technology adoption; the good it can do to the business.

I dream of achieving something that is bigger than me. I would like to thank almighty, my supportive family and each one of those who have touched my life.

Working as an HR involves being around people. A curious mind aids in making sense of primal drivers of individuals as they interact with each other in business.

I want to try and make a difference to the lives of many through the initiatives designed to let individuals achieve their potential and channelise it for commercial success at the business level.

I look forward to embracing changes and undertaking several critical business transformations.

Tourism and hospitality sector is witnessing a healthy growth with a consistently growing middle class and increasing disposable income. Millennials are willing to pay for truly valuable and one-of-a-kind experiences.
