The Hotelier India Award is recognition for the hard work and effort that you and your team is putting into the business. The acclaim, admiration and respect that we garner after winning this prestigious award is
a much bigger prize than the award trophy itself.
I believe the key factors that helped me to win this award are the cost-saving initiatives, real-time reporting projects and smooth guest experience application implementation.
The award will certainly boost my career graph by leaps and bounds. It almost goes without saying that winning an award provides intrinsic motivation and improves morale, but it also puts a lot of responsibility on you to raise the bar.
Inspiring me continuously are my mentors, bosses, parents and family, but my biggest support is my wife Neha Verma Bhutani.
My success mantra includes setting goals, trusting the team, getting the priorities right, developing the necessary skills and knowledge, challenging yourself and assessing your performance.
I would like to learn new skills, lead projects, and use IT to innovate in different areas of hospitality, besides
working with amazing people and hopefully, leading my department.
I believe in breaking my goals into short-term ones so that I avoid chasing unrealistic goals. I always visualize the big picture, prioritise my goals and think of ideas to get me to the goal post.
