The Hotelier India Award has been my benchmark for excellence and hence, engenders in me a sense of victory that I can barely express in mere words.
Cracking this prestigious award has meant a big deal to me, primarily due to its credibility, transparency and review assessment of nominations. It is a great platform, particularly for being recognized in the field of hospitality. You are judged against the best talent in the industry, which is why winning the award is such a big thing.
My biggest support are my seniors and my team members who have always supported me and my every decision, every single day.
My winning mantra is success doesn’t come to you; it’s you who has to strive for it.
In the next five years, I see myself in a senior position managing and important portfolio for the company I work with.
My go to mantra is accept criticism. If you’re trying to build your career, don’t take negative remarks in the wrong way.
I think the hospitality industry is one of the largest jobcreating sectors in India. It has a variety of roles to offer to people with different interests and mindsets: right from a creative person to the corporate minded.
