Winning the Hotelier India Award is not something I expected to do at such an early stage of my career, which is why it is all the more special to me.
The Hotelier India Award has always been a point on my professional bucket-list, and I am thrilled that I got to check it off.
Great mentors, leaders that stood by me at all times, and a fantastic set of supportive colleagues, along with dedication and hardwork are what helped me win this award.
To me, the Hotelier India Award is the biggest hospitality award a person can win in the span of his career. It is definitely a milestone on my career graph and is sure to be a huge contributing factor for all future aspirations.
I try my best not to let my personal matters affect my work, but I also avoid carrying my work home. I am a stickler for time management and have an eye
for detail. Everything I do is analyzed and viewed from different perspectives before being sent out, and also in a timely manner.
I love unconventional hotel brands such as Aloft or a W Hotel. I see myself as part of the regional brand/marketing teams of such brands in the next few years.
The hospitality industry is a great place to be in, with tremendous growth expected in the coming years.
The number of hotels opening every month is staggering, with a whole bunch of new brands coming into the market, many of which were previously
considered very practical for the Indian hospitality industry.
