I feel honoured that the work we are doing in the hotel industry on resource conservation has been recognised by the jury members of Hotelier India award 2019.
Hotelier India award is a prestigious award in the hospitality industry and I am sure its positive impact will help me to work deeper on the sustainability issues in the hotel industry.
Identification of the right opportunity in resource conservation, execution excellence, team management, support from hotels and top management, and encouragement from IHCL’s sustainability team and engineering colleagues are the key factors behind our win.
Success is what inspires and motivates us to do a good job. Knowing that my hard work and perseverance will help me achieve greater professional success is what keeps me going. I feel that aligning the company's vision and values with my own is one way to achieve results.
My management supports my attempts at innovation. I feel you can learn from both success and failure.
I believe my habit of continuous learning will prepare me to take more responsibility in the future. There is a lot of potential in the fields of sustainability and resource conservation and the coming five years will be productive.
