The Hotelier India Award is one of the most coveted awards that recognises the efforts of the hospitality professional across the length and breadth of the country. This award makes one feel very special. It is an assurance that there is a guild that celebrates and rewards the efforts of staff members who spend countless hours at work to serve guests and meet their expectations.
The key factors that a chef needs to focus on is creative thinking, control the rising costs of raw material and payroll, besides sustaining the quality and maintaining consistency in taste.
The Hotelier India Award is one of the most exciting recognition that one can receive in the industry. It serves as an encouragement to the aspiring professionals in the trade and helps in opening new avenues within the industry.
My biggest support is my team, general manager Nabendu Acharjee and my corporate Chef Narender Singh, who offer timely guidance and motivate me to be innovative all the time.
In the next five years, I look forward to sharing my skills and knowledge with the industry. I am sure my efforts are now recognised and my company shall take a due note of the same and render me an opportunity to handle bigger responsibilities, with new dynamics.
