Her tireless and selfless efforts can be gauged from the fact that she passionately liaised for hospital beds, arranged for scarce medicines and oxygen cylinders and also personally attended to COVID positive employees of ITC Ltd in Delhi NCR region during the pandemic.
She was able to save the life of one of the housekeeping employees at ITC Maurya by securing hospital admission for him when his situation became extremely critical. Post second wave, she was also responsible for ensuring 100% vaccination for the ITC Maurya staff.
