Kuldeep Bhartee stressed his efforts to bring Peerless Hotels Ltd. to a niche category, which is currently operating three business hotels under the brand Peerless Hotels at Kolkata and Durgapur in West Bengal, and Hyderabad. The company operates two resorts under the brand Peerless Resorts at Portblair, and Mukutmanipur in West Bengal.
