Roseate Hotels & Resorts makes its food service more transparent; to offer real-time access of its kitchen via camera

The access as of now shall be for Kheer, the fine dining Indian restaurant and Roasted by Roseate the in- house barista which is currently operational for home deliveries

Roseate House, a luxury fine dining which is currently delivering gourmet delicacies at the door step of guest, has found out a new way to engage with guests and ensure them about the hygiene and quality of service being provided. Roseate Hotels & Resorts will now share the live access to the kitchen via camera.

With this, one can access how the food is made and be assured about the hygiene and quality of service being provided. To begin with the access shall be provided for the direct orders and eventually leading to the orders through  the food aggregators as well. The live streaming shall be continued as an ongoing process once the lockdown is lifted and shall be available for both orders received from outside the hotel or from the guests residing around the properties.

The live streaming of the food shall  be accessible though medium like a link which can be either directly accessible through a browser or an application which is in the testing process as on date. The consumers can expect to  have the access to the kitchen for the orders being placed  in the second week of May  so that one can enjoy them in the comfort of the home without being worried about the hygiene.  The access  as of now shall be  for Kheer, the fine dining Indian restaurant and Roasted by Roseate the in- house barista which is currently operational for home deliveries.

He further added “ Roseate Hotels and Resort initiates touchless  program to  eliminate contact  in the Covid World by  ensuring  minimum touch points of the delivery packets. We  also ensure safe packaging ( double outer  layer), multiple frequent sanitation of our kitchen utensils , regular temperature checks of all involved personnel to ensure safe food delivery.”

Roseate House is also the 1st Hotel in India and 5th in the World to achieve FSSC 22000 ( Food Safety System certification ) in 2019 which further strengthen the Hygiene Standards being maintained at all times.
