The iconic restaurant in Taj Campton Place Hotel in San Francisco earned its second Michelin star, emerging as the only restaurant that serves Indian influenced cuisine in the United States and Europe to be awarded this recognition. The iconic restaurant, which is celebrating its 10th consecutive year as a Michelin-starred restaurant, is headlined by chef Srijith Gopinathan, who is considered a culinary genius.

“We are honoured to be recognised by the Michelin Guide with two stars,” said Gopinathan, the executive chef at Campton Place Restaurant. “We are proud of our unique Californian-Indian cuisine and an incredible team, and hope to continue delighting our guests with one-of-a-kind dining experiences with exploratory spices, refined techniques and fresh ingredients.”
