Dineout annouces the launch of its two customised tech solutions for the F&B industry
'Dine-in' and 'inResto 2.0' were introduced at Dineout's partner celebration event– Connexus 2019
Dineout, India’s largest dining out and restaurant tech platform, recently announced two of its finest customized products for the F&B industry – Dine-in and inResto 2.0 - as part of their expanding product portfolio. The brand announced this during its partner celebration event – Connexus 2019 that also brought together top stakeholders from the F&B industry.
‘inResto 2.0’ is the world’s first of its kind software for the Restaurant industry which seamlessly integrates a CRM (existing inResto, which Dineout acquired in 2015) with a Point Of Sale (Torqus POS which the Company acquired in 2018) to provide an end-to-end solution to the daily challenges faced by restaurants. inResto 2.0 will help restaurateurs to recognize their diners and their ordering patterns which will enable them to run customised loyalty programs as well as collect real time feedback from diners. Currently the brand has close to 8,000 restaurants using inResto who will be upgraded to inResto 2.0.
In addition to this, the brand also announced a new service– Dine-in, a digital menu solution that supports variable and dynamic pricing utilizing data analytics and artificial intelligence. Dine-in is integrated with the POS system which enable restaurants to identify what consumers are ordering and offers food and drink recommendations to them accordingly in real-time. The digital menu reduces the table turnaround time, hence increasing efficiency, better service and more consumers for the restaurants.
