Some of the brand’s must haves include the Indiana chicken burger, aloo tikki burger, spicy veggie burger and the fishy fish burger. These are paired with in-house sauces, which are made from scratch to ensure that the quality of the condiments are carefully taken care of.
Along with burgers, the burger joint has signature dips like chinese mayo, schezuan Mayo, honey mustard and sandwiches including the Billy’s chicken coleslaw sandwich, barbeque paneer sandwich, peri peri fish sandwich to name a few. Diners can pair it up with their own line of beverages like lemongrass ice tea, masala lemonade and desserts like almond biscotti and mango baked yoghurt, and the salted caramel chocolate mousse.
Ameya Mahajani is the name behind other food establishments including Bhau Ki Chai, Rocky Rolls and Nosh Bespoke Catering Co.
