Debunking myths: Does sparkling water hydrate?

To knock the bottom here is the truth you need to know. Sparkling water in layman’s terms means water infused with carbon dioxide, often infused with flavourings that give it a zing factor. Hence, sparkling water is just as hydrating as regular water but with the added benefit of nutrients and flavours. The best water to drink is whichever type encourages you to drink more, as both are equally hydrating.
