Andaz Delhi – Hyatt’s first luxury and lifestyle hotel in India has introduced an exciting new concept; Theme Brunches which will take place every Sunday, 12:30 PM onwards. The all-new Theme Brunches at Andaz Delhi will showcase diverse culinary traditions and flavours.

Each Sunday, Andaz Delhi will introduce a new theme, offering guests an opportunity to explore the rich tapestry of global cuisine. From vibrant street food to regal feasts, there’s something for everyone at Andaz Delhi’s Theme Brunches.

Here’s a glimpse of different themes awaiting guests at Andaz Delhi:

Week 1: Flavour Of The Forest: February 25th explored the hidden treasures of the forest with dishes featuring mushrooms and berries, prepared using diverse cooking methods from around the world.

Week 2: Route 66: On 3rd March, discover classic American fare with a culinary trip around the historic Route 66, featuring the best of American Breakfast classics from Chicago to Los Angeles.

Week 3: Matamaal Khyen: On 10th March, enjoy the diverse culinary heritage of Jammu and Kashmir, highlighting the exquisite flavours of Kashmiri Pandit cuisine.

Week 4: Into The Sea: On 17th March, relish an array of locally sourced and imported seafood prepared in various styles, adopting various preparation techniques from around the world.

Week 5: Bangkok Trip: On 7th April, experience the flavours of Thailand’s bustling capital with dishes like green papaya salad and spice-filled coconut milk curry.

Week 6: Pranzo Della Domenica: On 14th April, indulge in the timeless traditions of Italian lunch.

Week 7: Shaahee Rajasthan: On 28th April, take a trip to the royal lands of Rajasthan and savour traditional Rajasthani dishes cooked with meat, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of the region.
