Chef Nicholas Madueno and his team offer a diverse array of dishes that redefine traditional Asian cuisine. Some of their must-have delicacies include Fusion Maki Rolls (Uramaki) like Shades in the Ocean (featuring crunchy fried roll, eel, avocado, salmon, tuna, hamachi, and crab stick), innovative Mame Nori Roll (with avocado, pickled cucumber & carrot, and cream cheese), and Avocado Crunch (featuring tempura-fried avocado, fresh sliced jalapeno, balsamic caviar, and guacamole).
For ramen enthusiasts, Soi Wasabi offers one-of-a-kind ramen kits that allow customers to create the perfect blend for their meals. Ramen Bowls include Spicy Miso Ramen (Veg) with umami-rich broth and Laksa Chicken Ramen with coconut-based laksa, sliced chicken, noodles, and half-boiled eggs.
