They can dive into the world of festive delight at the gourmet food festination, which has introduced Christmas Ville, a month long celebration to mark the magical time of the year. To liven the celebration, they can indulge in an exclusive truffle menu available at The Café by Foodhall.
The menu has been designed to allow truffle lovers to savour specials like Truffled Scrambled Eggs – a soft scramble with Gruyere, Truffle Oil served with Sourdough bread, Truffled Beet & Chevre Salad – layered with Arugula leaves, Roasted Beets, Chevre, Cranberries, Roasted Almonds and doused with Truffle Vinaigrette, Truffled Grilled Cheese – a pan-grilled Sourdough filled with Truffle Pecorino, Mozzarella, Truffle Oil served with a house salad and Bianco Truffle Flatbread topped with Roasted Garlic Inflused Olive Oil, Shaved Black truffles, Mozzarella, Truffle Oil.
Another must try is the Parmesan Truffle Fries and Truffled Mac ‘n’ Cheese. Moreover, customers can add 2gm of truffle shavings to any of their dishes for INR 150.
