The session will make the participants learn 3 of Gary’s favourite summer desserts:
1. Summer Berries Pavlova
2. Panna Cotta with Citrus Flavours & Candied Nuts
3. Mango Tart with Green Cardamom Sorbet
Inclusive with the masterclass are meet and greet with Gary, certification ceremony and individual pictures with the chef. The users would also be provided with individual cooking stations with all the ingredients along with lunch & refreshments.
