Savour delectable Taiwanese food at Koji, Conrad Pune 

The authentic cuisine at the Taiwanese Food Fest is curated by Chef Gopal Subba for lunch and dinner from 17th Marh to 26th March

Celebrate Taiwan’s rich street food culture with a variety of dishes that showcase the vibrant colours, flavours and textures of the country’s local cuisine.

Guests can start their meals with a hot and comforting Steamed Dumpling Soup, followed by a range of street-side signature dishes like Pepper and Spring Onion Flatbread, Zongzi Rice, Gua Bao, Pop Corn Chicken, and Xiao Lung Bao lobster.

For the main course, they can indulge in classics like Steamed Baby Napa Cabbage Spicy Bean Sauce, Ya Cai Beans, and Mock Duck Garlic Pepper Sauce for vegetarians or indulge in mouth-watering seafood dishes like Braised line caught Tilapia with Chilly XO, Taiwanese Whole Steamed Snapper, and Taipei Lobster.

The mains are accompanied with your choice of Lu Rou Fan Taiwanese Fried Rice or Sian Hi MI Taiwanese Noodles that are full of authentic flavours and aromas that will transport guests to the bustling streets of Taiwan.

They also have a range of mocktails and cocktails, featuring exotic options like Tamsui, Chilli Caramel Bubble Tea, Konomi, and Escape To Qui Xing Mountain.

And for those with a sweet tooth, one can indulge in the heavenly Taipei Peanut Ice Cream Roll.
