Shiro Bangalore announces the launch of their new menu in the city today at their UB City outlet. Bringing customers the best of the Orient, the new menu is a dream come true for those who love Pan-Asian cuisine.
The menu features a host of new delicacies along with a few classic and favourite dishes across all categories – appetisers, soups, salad, main course and dessert, along with an all new Hip Dining section. This exciting new menu gives customers a really wide spread to choose from – Sushi, Sashimi, Makimono, Ramen Dim Sums, Bao’s, Teppanyaki, Curries, Laksas, Fried rice and delicious noodles so much more.
Carefully crafted by Chef Priyank Chouhan, some of the key highlights on the new menu include a tender Peking Duck, a juicy Tobanjung Pork served with lettuce and pancakes, Javanese Lamb Chops – perfectly grilled, these imported lamb chops are marinated in a coconut spice paste to give it that burst of flavours. The Bang Bang summer rolls and chilli Hoisin Mock Duck are a must have for vegetarians.
The Sushi, Sashimi and Makimono menu will leave you spoilt for choice. Along with classics like Sushi rolls and Sashimi, Shiro has introduced a refreshing and flavourful Miso Kampachi Ceviche and Hamachi Carpaccio. The Crispy Spicy Avocado and Black Edamame Truffle Makimonos are a real treat for the taste buds as it combines subtle flavours and a mix of different textures.
