The Claridges is recreating the flavours of Spain with its all-new menu at Sevilla

Sevilla at The Claridges, situated in the heart of Lutyens’ Delhi has launched an all-new authentic menu presenting intriguing and exciting signature dishes. Named after Seville, one of the most beautiful cities in the world, the restaurant reflects all the history it has lived in its delicacies. Sevilla celebrates the rich, bold and summery flavours of the Spanish region with its newest additions.

The eclectic menu’s starters section offers Tapas, and Antipasti, in a variety of new flavours in both vegetarian and non-vegetarian categories. Dining under the stars, guests can choose from vegetarian, non-vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free selections while ordering the heavenly meal.

Known to elevate the classic paella into comforting and nourishing delicacies, the iconic restaurant introduced Paella con Garbanzos Valenciana in the vegetarian section. Inspired by the seaside flavours, the restaurant has flavoursome Risotto Misto de Mare, and Risotto alla Zucca to offer to its patrons.

Pasta lovers will be able to relish new specialities such as Ravioli Misti di Mare, Agnolotti al Ragu de Anatra, Tagliatelle al Ragu di Agnello, Tortilli Spinaci e Ricotta in the non-veg category while the vegetarian category offers mouthwatering options like Penne ala Primavera and Sicilian Spaghetti alla Norma. Guests can also order a tempting Gamberi pizza with choice of pizza base and an assortment of toppings.

The main course section features palatable dishes like Sevilla Sea Food Medley, Norwegian Salmon, Norwegian Salmon amongst others.

The dessert menu presents delightful treats curated with the freshest ingredients including sugar-free selections. The latest inclusions are The Orange, Lime Flan, Stone Chocolate, Hazelnut Flower Bed, and Pain Perdu along with Sorbet and Homemade Gelato in flavours like never before.

Sevilla is also called a small Mediterranean island of the city, the restaurant with exuberant interiors and a gastronomic vibe has both indoor and outdoor seating that continues to enchant the patrons. It is one of the most romantic locations to cherish intimate moments with exceptional gastronomic experiences.
